Adobong Talaba
Adobong Talaba is made of plump oysters cooked in soy sauce, calamansi juice, and garlic for a mouth-watering seafood dish. Delicious as an appetizer or main entree! Instructions
Get a pan on medium heat and warm up oil. Add butter.
Drop in the garlic, onion, ginger and sauté just until they soften.
Drop in oysters and saute for about 1 minute.
Add soy sauce, pepper, and Thai chili peppers. Cook for about 1 minute.
Add calamansi juice and bring up to a rolling boil. Keep cooking for about 2 to 3 minutes or until sauce is slightly reduced.
Add salt to taste. Serve while hot.
