Sweet crispy fried rice snacks from Ilocos.

⏱ Prep: 10 min ⏱ Cook: 20 min

Ingredients

  • 1.33 cup Leftover rice
  • 0.33 cup Cornstarch
  • 0.33 cup Sugar
  • 0.17 cup Water
  • 1.33 cup oil

Instructions

  1. Mix rice with cornstarch and sugar.

  2. Add water and shape into small flat patties.

  3. Deep-fry at 170C until golden and crispy.

  4. Drain and serve as a snack.
