Sta. Fe Dip

Sta. Fe Dip — fresh vegetables prepared Filipino-style with garlic and shrimp paste. A light and flavorful side dish.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup canned refried beans
  • 1.5 cup salsa con queso
  • 1.5 cup guacamole
  • 3.25 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup Pico de Gallo
  • 2 oz. canned green chiles, diced
  • 1.5 cup black olives (sliced)

Instructions

  1. Arrange the ingredients in a large bowl starting with the refried beans, salsa con queso (or cheese dip), guacamole,sour cream, pico de gallo (or chunky salsa), green chiles, and black olives.

  2. Place inside the fridge for 3 hours.

  3. Serve with your favorite corn chips, tortilla chips, potato chips, or even fries.
