Sopas (Filipino)

Creamy chicken noodle soup with hot dogs and cheese.

Ingredients

  • 150 g Chicken, cubed
  • 0.5 can Evaporated milk
  • 2 pcs Hot dogs, quartered
  • 0.25 cup Ham, diced
  • 0.5 pcs Carrots, sliced
  • 0.25 cup Peas
  • 0.25 cup Corn
  • 0.5 pack Canton noodles
  • 2 pcs Cheese slices
  • 2 cup Chicken broth
  • 0.5 tsp Salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Boil chicken in broth for 15 minutes.

  2. Add carrots, corn, and peas. Cook 10 minutes.

  3. Add evaporated milk, hot dogs, and ham. Heat through.

  4. Serve over cooked noodles with cheese slices on top.
