Sisig Paella

Paella with minced pork and chrorizo

Ingredients

  • 1 large b. pork belly (grilled and diced)
  • 1 Knorr Pork Cube
  • 1 chorizo de Bilbao (diced)
  • 5 quail eggs
  • 2 cup paella rice
  • 3 tsp Knorr Liquid Seasoning
  • 3.5 cup water
  • 0.25 cup green onions (chopped)
  • 2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 2 large ong green pepper (sliced)
  • 0.25 cup red bell pepper (chopped)
  • 1 onion (minced)
  • 4 clove garlic (minced)
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • 1 large emon (wedged)
  • 0.75 cup Lady’s Choice Mayonnaise

Instructions

  1. Heat oil. Sauté onion and garlic until the onion softens.

  2. Add chorizo, pork belly, and Knorr Pork Cube. Sauté for 1 minute.

  3. Add the paella rice. Cook for 1 minute while stirring.

  4. Pour the water into the pan and add Knorr Liquid Seasoning and bell pepper. Stir. Cover the pot. Continue cooking until the rice is done.

  5. Sprinkle green onions on top. Crack the eggs and top over the rice. Add long green pepper. Cover and cook for 2 minutes.

  6. Combine the dressing ingredients and drizzle over the sisig paella. Serve with lemon wedges.
