Simple Kimchi Fried Rice

Ingredients

  • 2.5 cup cooked white rice
  • 3.25 cup kimchi (chopped)
  • 2 tbsp kimchi juice
  • 1.5 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Heat the vegetable oil and sesame oil in a pan.

  2. Add-in the chopped kimchi. Cook for 1 to 2 minutes.

  3. Put-in the white rice. Stir-fry for 3 to 5 minutes.

  4. Pour-in the kimchi juice. Stir. Cook for 2 minutes more.

  5. Transfer to a serving plate. Enjoy with galbi.

  6. Share and enjoy!
