Sili at Suka

Chilies preserved in vinegar, classic Filipino condiment.

Ingredients

  • 20 pcs Siling labuyo
  • 1 cup Vinegar
  • 0.5 cup Water
  • 0.5 tsp Salt

Instructions

  1. Clean chilies, do not cut.

  2. Boil vinegar, water, and salt. Let cool.

  3. Place chilies in a jar and pour in the vinegar brine.

  4. Seal and refrigerate. Use as a condiment.
