Seaweed Salad (Ensaladang Lato)

Ingredients

  • 0.25 lb lato (or sea grapes, rinsed)
  • 1 large arge plum tomato cored and diced
  • 1 medium red onion (minced)
  • 0.25 cup white vinegar
  • 1.12 tsp ground black pepper
  • 0.25 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp granulated white sugar

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine vinegar, salt, pepper, sugar, tomato, and onion. Stir to mix.

  2. Add the lato or sea grapes. Toss. Let it stay for at last 10 minutes.

  3. Transfer to a serving bowl. Serve.
