Roasted Pumpkin Seeds

Ingredients

  • 1 cup raw pumpkin or kalabasa squash seeds
  • 1 tsp canola or vegetable oil
  • 1.5 tsp sea salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400F.

  2. Meanwhile, combine the pumpkin seeds, oil, and salt in a bowl. Toss

  3. Prepare a baking tray and line it with an aluminum foil.

  4. Spread the pumpkin seeds over the foil.

  5. Put the tray in the oven and roast the pumpkin seeds for 7 to 12 minutes.

  6. Remove the tray and let the seeds cool down.

  7. Transfer to a serving bowl.Serve!
