Filipino Fruit Salad

Creamy Filipino dessert with fruit cocktail, kaong, nata de coco, and sweetened cream.

Ingredients

  • 250 ml Nestle All Purpose Cream
  • 396.9 g (14 oz) Carnation Condensed Milk
  • 850.5 g (30 oz) fruit cocktail
  • 340.2 g (12 oz) kaong (sugar palm)
  • 340.2 g (12 oz) nata de coco (coconut gel)
  • 1 large b fresh coconut strips
  • 113.4 g (4 oz) cheese (diced)

Instructions

  1. Drain the syrup from the fruit cocktail, nata de coco, and kaong.

  2. Mix together all the ingredients in a bowl.

  3. Gently fold the mixture until all ingredients are well blended.

  4. Cover the bowl. Refrigerate for 3 hours.

  5. Serve chilled.
