Pinakbet na Kalabasa

Squash and mixed vegetable stir-fry with bagoong.

Ingredients

  • 1.33 cup Squash (kalabasa), cubed
  • 5.33 pcs Okra
  • 0.67 cup String beans
  • 1.33 pcs Eggplant
  • 1.33 pcs Tomatoes, quartered
  • 2 pcs Garlic, minced
  • 1.33 tbsp Shrimp paste (bagoong)
  • 0.67 tbsp Fish sauce
  • 1.33 tbsp oil

Instructions

  1. Sauté garlic until they soften and smell nice.

  2. Add tomatoes and cook 2 minutes.

  3. Add squash, string beans, okra, and eggplant.

  4. Add fish sauce. Cook for 25 minutes, stirring occasionally.
