Pesang Manok
Pesang Manok is a filling and delicious boiled chicken soup that's perfect year-round! It cooks in minutes and pairs well with steamed rice for the ultimate comfort food.
Instructions
Warm up some oil in a pan or pot on medium heat.
Heat oil in a pan. Brown chicken on each side until golden, then set aside.
Add the aromatics — garlic, onion, ginger — and Cook it until fragrant.
Add the onion, ginger, pepper. Season it to taste.
Cook it until everything gets tender and the flavors have melded together.
Serve it while it's hot with steamed rice.
