Nutritious Ulam Idea

Easy vegetable side dish for fried diishes

Ingredients

  • 38 g rams Knorr Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 12 quail eggs (boiled)
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 15 oz whole kernel corn (canned)
  • 2 cup string beans (cut into small pieces)
  • 4 clove garlic
  • 1 onion (chopped)
  • 1 carrot (diced)
  • 1.5 cup water
  • 0 Salt and ground black pepper ( to taste)

Instructions

  1. Melt butter in a pan. Saute garlic and onion.

  2. Add carrot once the onion softens. Cook for 2 minutes.

  3. Add whole kernel corn and string beans. Cook for 2 mimutes.

  4. Combine Knorr Cream of Mushroom Soup and water. Stir. Pour the mixture into the pan. Stir and cook until the mixture thickens.

  5. Season with salt and ground black pepper.

  6. Add the boiled quail eggs. Gently stir.

  7. Serve this with your fried main dish.
