Monggo at Dilis

Mung bean stew with anchovies and garlic.

Ingredients

  • 333.33 g Mung beans
  • 0.33 cup Dilis (anchovies)
  • 4 pcs Garlic, minced
  • 0.67 pcs Onion, chopped
  • 1.33 pcs Tomatoes, chopped
  • 0.67 cup Malunggay leaves
  • 1.33 tbsp Fish sauce
  • 1.33 tbsp oil

Instructions

  1. Boil mung beans in 4 cups water until soft, about 35 minutes.

  2. Add garlic, onion and Cook it until they soften and get fragrant.

  3. Toss in cooked monggo, dilis, and fish sauce.

  4. Add malunggay in the last 2 minutes. Serve while hot.
