Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 onion, peeled and chopped
  • 3 clove garlic, peeled and minced
  • 1 tbsp fish sauce
  • 6 cup water
  • 2 chicken bouillon cubes
  • 3 medium patola, peeled and cut into ¼-inch thick rounds
  • 2 oz miswa noodles
  • 0 salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Get a pan - medium heat and warm up oil. Add onions and garlic and Cook it until softened.

  2. Add fish sauce.

  3. Add water and Bring it to a simmer.

  4. Add chicken bouillon cubes and stir until dissolved

  5. Add patola and cook for 2 to 3 minutes or until tender-crisp.

  6. Add miswa noodles and cook for 1 minute or just until softened.

  7. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve while hot.
