Isaw (Chicken)
Grilled chicken intestines on skewers with soy-vinegar sauce.
Instructions
Boil the cleaned intestines with vinegar and garlic for 15 minutes or until tender.
Put them on bamboo skewers, about 4-5 each skewer.
Grill over charcoal, turning frequently, for 10 minutes.
Serve with soy-vinegar-chili dipping sauce.
