Isaw (Chicken)

Grilled chicken intestines on skewers with soy-vinegar sauce.

Ingredients

  • 333.33 g Chicken intestines, cleaned
  • 2 tbsp Vinegar
  • 2.67 pcs Garlic, minced
  • 10 pcs Bamboo skewers
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 2 pcs Siling haba

Instructions

  1. Boil the cleaned intestines with vinegar and garlic for 15 minutes or until tender.

  2. Put them on bamboo skewers, about 4-5 each skewer.

  3. Grill over charcoal, turning frequently, for 10 minutes.

  4. Serve with soy-vinegar-chili dipping sauce.
