Ground Beef Basil and Tomato Frittata

Ingredients

  • 1.5 lb. ground beef
  • 3 tbsp chopped basil
  • 3 piece Roma tomato (diced)
  • 6 eggs (beaten)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1.25 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1 tbsp oil

Instructions

  1. Heat the oil in a pan. Put-in the beef and then cook for 3 to 5 minutes.

  2. Add the basil. Cook for 1 minute. Turn the heat off and Let the beef cool down.

  3. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

  4. In a large mixing bowl, combine eggs, cooked beef and basil, tomato, salt, and pepper. Beat.

  5. Pour the mixture into an oval baking pan.

  6. Bake for 20 to 30 minutes, or until the mixture rises and becomes solid. Do not over bake.

  7. Serve with tomato ketchup.
