Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp canola oil
  • 0.5 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 onion, peeled and sliced thinly
  • 2 clove garlic, peeled and minced
  • 0.5 lb boneless chicken breast or thigh meat, sliced thinly
  • 0.5 lb pork hamonado sausage, sliced thinly on a bias
  • 2 large carrots, peeled and sliced thinly on a bias
  • 1 large cabbage, chopped
  • 0.5 cup water or chicken broth
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 0 salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Warm up some oil in a pan or pot on medium heat.

  2. Sauté the ground pork until browned. Add the aromatics.

  3. Add the aromatics — garlic, onion, ginger — and Cook it until fragrant.

  4. Add the onion, garlic, carrot. Season it to taste.

  5. Cook it until everything gets tender and the flavors have melded together.

  6. Serve it while it's hot with steamed rice.
