Ginisang Munggo at Sotanghon

Instructions
Warm up some oil in a pan or pot on medium heat.
Sauté the garlic and onion. Add the soaked mung beans and ground pork.
Add the aromatics — garlic, onion, ginger — and Cook it until fragrant.
Add the beans, onion, garlic. Season it to taste.
Cook it until everything gets tender and the flavors have melded together.
Serve it while it's hot with steamed rice.
