Ginisang Monggo
Savory mung bean stir-fry with shrimp, pork, and vegetables.
Instructions
Soak and boil mung beans for 30 minutes until tender.
Add garlic, onion and Cook it until they soften and get fragrant.
Add cooked monggo, dilis, and water. Simmer 15 minutes.
Toss in shrimp and malunggay. Cook 5 more minutes. Serve it while it's hot.
