Ginataang Kalabasa

Squash simmered in coconut cream, simple and delicious.

Ingredients

  • 3 cup Squash (kalabasa), cubed
  • 1.5 cup Coconut cream
  • 3 pcs Garlic, minced
  • 1 pcs Tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 tbsp Fish sauce
  • 1 tbsp oil

Instructions

  1. Cook the garlic until they soften and release their aroma.

  2. Add coconut cream and squash.

  3. Simmer for 20 minutes until squash is tender.

  4. Add fish sauce. Serve with rice.
