Ginataan na Saging

Saba bananas cooked in rich coconut cream with brown sugar.

Ingredients

  • 6 pcs Saba bananas
  • 1 cup Coconut cream
  • 0.25 cup Brown sugar
  • 2 pcs Pandan leaves

Instructions

  1. Peel and halve saba bananas lengthwise.

  2. Heat coconut cream, brown sugar, and pandan leaves in a pan.

  3. Add bananas and simmer for 10 minutes, turning once.

  4. Serve warm, spooning sauce over the bananas.
