Ingredients

  • 1 large ripe but firm mango, peeled and julienned
  • 1 large Roma tomato, seeded and diced
  • 0.5 piece red onion, peeled and diced
  • 0.25 bunch cilantro, stemmed and coarsely chopped
  • 0.25 cup vinegar
  • 3 tbsp fish sauce
  • 1 tsp canola oil
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 0.25 tsp freshly-ground pepper

Instructions

  1. Wash and prepare all the vegetables — slice, chop, or tear as needed.

  2. In a bowl, whisk together the vinegar, fish sauce, sugar, and chopped garlic to make the dressing.

  3. Toss the vegetables with the dressing until everything is well coated.
