Fettuccine Pasta with Tomato Meat Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 large b. Fettuccine pasta (cooked according to package instructions)
  • 1.25 lb. ground pork
  • 1.5 lb. ground beef
  • 6 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 medium sweet onion (minced)
  • 1.5 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 3.25 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese or parmesan cheese
  • 0 Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a pan.

  2. Put the onion in and then cook for 3 minutes or until it becomes soft.

  3. Add the ground beef and pork. Stir and then cook until the meat turns brown.

  4. Pour the marinara sauce in. Stir. Bring to a boil.

  5. Add the Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 10 to 15 minutes.

  6. Arrange the Fettuccine pasta in individual pasta bowls.

  7. Pour the tomato meat sauce on top. Sprinkle some cheddar or parmesan cheese.

  8. Serve. Share and enjoy!
