Easy Pasta Salad

Easy Pasta Salad — fresh vegetables prepared Filipino-style with garlic and shrimp paste. A light and flavorful side dish.

Ingredients

  • 453.6 g (16 oz) tri color rotini pasta (cooked according to package instructions)
  • 2 piece red bell pepper (roasted and chopped or 1/2 cup chopped pimento)
  • 3.25 cup black olives (chopped )
  • 3 cup steamed broccoli (chopped)
  • 1.25 cup olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine pasta, bell pepper, olives, and broccoli. Gently toss.

  2. Pour-in olive oil.

  3. Sprinkle salt and ground black pepper. Toss.

  4. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.

  5. Serve.
