Ilocano chicken feet in coconut cream with ginger.

Ingredients

  • 1 kg Chicken feet
  • 1.5 cup Coconut cream
  • 2 inch Ginger, sliced
  • 1 pcs Onion, sliced
  • 3 pcs Siling haba
  • 5 pcs Bird's eye chilies
  • 1 tbsp Fish sauce

Instructions

  1. Boil chicken feet for 30 minutes until tender.

  2. Add onion, ginger and Cook it until they soften and get fragrant.

  3. Toss in coconut cream, chilies, and fish sauce.

  4. Add chicken feet and simmer 15 minutes.
