Creamy Garlic Parmesan Chicken Pasta

Ingredients

  • 400 g Chicken Breast
  • 400 g Pasta
  • 1 cup Cream
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan
  • 5 cloves Garlic
  • 3 tbsp Butter
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 0.5 tsp Black Pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta in salted boiling water according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

  2. Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper. Melt half the butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

  3. Cook the chicken for 5–6 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove and slice into strips.

  4. In the same skillet, melt the remaining butter. Add the garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.

  5. Pour in the cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir in the grated Parmesan until melted and smooth.

  6. Add the cooked pasta and sliced chicken to the sauce. Toss everything together until well coated.

  7. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste. Serve immediately garnished with extra Parmesan.
