Cilantro Lime Rice

Ingredients

  • 3 cup cooked jasmine rice
  • 1.25 cup cilantro
  • 1.5 tbsp olive oil
  • 1.25 tsp minced garlic
  • 0 Juice from 1 piece lime
  • 1.25 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Combine cilantro, garlic, lime juice, and olive oil in a food processor.

  2. Shred the mixture for 20 seconds.

  3. Combine the shredded mixture with the cooked white rice along with the salt. Mix well.

  4. Transfer to a serving bowl.

  5. Serve. Share and enjoy!
