Chicken Urdang
Chicken adobo with extra garlic, onion, and vinegar.
Instructions
Sauté garlic until they soften and smell nice.
Brown chicken. Add soy sauce, vinegar, remaining garlic, and onion.
Add peppercorns and water. Simmer covered for 30 minutes.
Uncover and reduce sauce. Serve with steamed rice.
