Chicken Urdang

Chicken adobo with extra garlic, onion, and vinegar.

Ingredients

  • 0.67 kg Chicken, cut into pieces
  • 0.33 cup Soy sauce
  • 0.33 cup Vinegar
  • 6.67 pcs Garlic, crushed
  • 1.33 pcs Onion, sliced
  • 0.67 tsp Black peppercorns
  • 0.67 cup Water
  • 1.33 tbsp oil

Instructions

  1. Sauté garlic until they soften and smell nice.

  2. Brown chicken. Add soy sauce, vinegar, remaining garlic, and onion.

  3. Add peppercorns and water. Simmer covered for 30 minutes.

  4. Uncover and reduce sauce. Serve with steamed rice.
