Chicken Tinola

Chicken soup with ginger, green papaya, and malunggay.

Ingredients

  • 0.67 kg Chicken, cut into pieces
  • 1.33 cup Green papaya, sliced
  • 0.67 cup Malunggay leaves
  • 1.33 inch Ginger, sliced
  • 1.33 pcs Siling haba
  • 0.67 pcs Onion, sliced
  • 1.33 tbsp Fish sauce
  • 4 cup Water

Instructions

  1. Boil chicken with ginger, onion, and fish sauce in water for 20 minutes.

  2. Add green papaya and siling haba. Simmer 15 minutes.

  3. Add malunggay leaves in the last 5 minutes.

  4. Serve while hot with steamed rice.
