Chicken Giniling with Green Peas

Ingredients

  • 2 large bs ground chicken
  • 15 oz can tomato sauce
  • 1 large arge potato (cut into small cubes)
  • 1 large arge carrot (cut into small cubes)
  • 1.5 cup frozen green peas
  • 1 medium yellow onion (chopped)
  • 2 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 2 piece dried bay leaves
  • 0 Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp oil

Instructions

  1. Heat the cooking oil in a wide pan.

  2. When the oil is hot, sauté the garlic and onion until the onion softens.

  3. Add the ground chicken. Cook for 5 minutes in medium heat.

  4. Pour-in the tomato sauce and chicken broth. Let boil.

  5. Add the dried bay leaves. Simmer for 35 minutes covered. Note: add water or chicken broth as needed.

  6. Put-in the carrots and potato. Stir and cook for 8 to 10 minutes.

  7. Add the green peas. Cook for 3 to 5 minutes.

  8. Add salt and pepper to taste. Stir and turn-off heat

  9. Transfer to a serving plate.

  10. Serve. Share and enjoy!
