Chicken Feet in Oyster Sauce with Salted Black Beans

Tender dimsum chicken feet with oyster sauce and tausi

Ingredients

  • 1.5 lb chicken feet (cleaned)
  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 2.5 tbsp salted black beans (tausi)
  • 2 tbsp Mirin (or 1/2 teaspoon brown sugar)
  • 3 clove garlic (chopped)
  • 1 piece onion (chopped)
  • 2 tsp chili garlic oil
  • 2 cup water
  • 1.5 cup oil

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a cooking pot. Fry chicken feet for 3 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.

  2. Heat 3 tablespoons oil in a pressure cooker. Saute garlic and onion until onion softens.

  3. Add chicken feet. Cook for 1 minute.

  4. Add oyster sauce and water. Pressure cook for 18 minutes.

  5. Pour mirin (or brown sugar) and add salted black beans. Continue cooking until the sauce reduces to half.

  6. Add some chili garlic oil. Stir.

  7. Transfer to a serving bowl. Serve and enjoy!
