Chicken Curry with Coconut

Rich chicken curry with coconut milk and potatoes.

Ingredients

  • 333.33 g Chicken thighs
  • 2 tbsp Curry powder
  • 0.67 cup Coconut milk
  • 1.33 pcs Potatoes, cubed
  • 1.33 pcs Carrots, sliced
  • 0.67 pcs Onion, chopped
  • 2.67 pcs Garlic, minced
  • 0.33 cup Green peas
  • 1.33 tbsp oil
  • 1.33 cup Water

Instructions

  1. Add garlic, onion and Cook it until they soften and get fragrant.

  2. Add curry powder and stir 1 minute.

  3. Add potatoes, carrots, coconut milk, and water. Simmer 25 minutes.

  4. Add peas. Cook 5 more minutes. Serve with rice.
