Chicken Curry Mami

Rich chicken noodle soup with curry and vegetables.

Ingredients

  • 200 g Chicken thighs, sliced
  • 0.67 pack Instant canton noodles
  • 1.33 tbsp Curry powder
  • 0.67 pcs Carrots, sliced
  • 0.33 cup Corn kernels
  • 0.33 cup Peas
  • 0.33 cup Scallions
  • 4 cup Chicken broth
  • 0.67 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1.33 tbsp oil

Instructions

  1. Saute chicken in oil until browned. Add curry powder and stir.

  2. Add broth, carrots, and bring to boil. Simmer 15 minutes.

  3. Drop in corn, peas, and soy sauce. Cook 5 minutes.

  4. Cook noodles separately. Serve soup over noodles with scallions.
