Chicken Adobong Puti

White chicken adobo without soy sauce, vinegar-based.

Ingredients

  • 0.67 kg Chicken, cut into pieces
  • 0.5 cup Vinegar
  • 5.33 pcs Garlic, crushed
  • 2 pcs Bay leaves
  • 0.67 tsp Black peppercorns
  • 0.67 cup Water
  • 0.67 tsp Salt
  • 1.33 tbsp oil

Instructions

  1. Sauté garlic until they soften and smell nice.

  2. Brown chicken. Pour in vinegar and add bay leaves and peppercorns.

  3. Add water and salt. Simmer for 30 minutes.

  4. Reduce sauce. Serve with steamed rice.
