Blueberry Greek Yogurt Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1.5 cup fresh blueberries (cleaned)
  • 1.5 cup non-fat vanilla yogurt
  • 2 cup ice cubes
  • 2 tbsp granulated white sugar
  • 3.25 cup fresh milk

Instructions

  1. Place all the ingredients in a blender.

  2. Turn the blender on and continue to blend until the texture is smooth.

  3. Transfer to a tall glass.

  4. Serve for breakfast or anytime of the day.
