Avocado Ice Candy

Ingredients

  • 2 large avocados
  • 0 lemon or lime juice
  • 2 cup fresh milk
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 0 Plastic ice candy tubers or popsicle molds

Instructions

  1. Cut the avocado in half and discard the pit. Scoop out the flesh into a clean container and drizzle with lemon or lime juice to prevent browning.

  2. Pour the blended mixture into plastic bags up to ¾ full, leaving about 3 inches of plastic. twist the remaining three inches until the tube is firm but not too tight as they might burst when frozen. tie it into a knot. using funnel

  3. Keep frozen until ready to eat.

  4. Stored properly, these ice candies will keep in the freezer for up to 2 months.
