Avocado Ice Candy
Instructions
Cut the avocado in half and discard the pit. Scoop out the flesh into a clean container and drizzle with lemon or lime juice to prevent browning.
Pour the blended mixture into plastic bags up to ¾ full, leaving about 3 inches of plastic. twist the remaining three inches until the tube is firm but not too tight as they might burst when frozen. tie it into a knot. using funnel
Keep frozen until ready to eat.
Stored properly, these ice candies will keep in the freezer for up to 2 months.
