Asian Chicken Lettuce Wrap

Easy lettuce wrap using CDO Chicken Flakes in oil

Ingredients

  • 1 head lettuce
  • 450 g rams CDO Homestyle Chicken Flakes in Oil
  • 0.5 cup green onion (chopped)
  • 1 onion (minced)
  • 0.25 cup carrot (minced)
  • 1 cup jicama (diced (singkamas))
  • 2 tsp soy sauce
  • 0.5 tsp white vinegar
  • 1.5 tsp sesame oil
  • 2.5 tbsp hoisin sauce
  • 0 Salt and ground black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Wash the lettuce with running water and peel the leaves apart. Set aside.

  2. Heat oil in a wok. Saute onion for 35 seconds.

  3. Add Chicken Flakes. Continue cooking until the liquid evaporates completely.

  4. Add carrot and jicama. Cook for 1 minute.

  5. Add soy sauce, vinegar, sesame oil, and hoisin sauce. Stir.

  6. Put the green onions into the wok and season with salt and ground black pepper as needed.

  7. Transfer to a serving bowl. Serve with fresh lettuce.

  8. Serve. Share and enjoy!
