Arugula Salad with Chopped Walnuts

Arugula salad is composed of arugula with cherry tomato and walnuts with a dressing of white wine vinegar and olive oil.

Ingredients

  • 4 cup fresh arugula
  • 12 piece cherry tomatoes
  • 1.5 cup walnuts (chopped)
  • 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
  • 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1.5 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Combine salt and olive oil. Mix well and then set aside.

  2. In a large salad bowl, combine arugula, cherry tomato, and walnuts. Gently toss the ingredients.

  3. Add the olive oil mixture and white wine vinegar. Toss once more to incorporate all the ingredients.

  4. Serve. Share and enjoy!
