Arroz Caldo
Filipino chicken rice porridge with ginger, garlic, and scallions.
Instructions
Sauté garlic, ginger until they soften and smell nice.
Add rice and stir for 2 minutes. Pour in chicken stock.
Simmer for 35 minutes, stirring occasionally, until rice breaks down.
Add salt and pepper. Garnish with scallions, fried garlic, and calamansi.
