Adobong Talong

Grilled eggplant in adobo sauce.

Ingredients

  • 3 pcs Eggplant, whole
  • 0.25 cup Soy sauce
  • 0.25 cup Vinegar
  • 4 pcs Garlic, minced
  • 1 pcs Onion, sliced
  • 2 pcs Bay leaves
  • 2 tbsp oil

Instructions

  1. Grill eggplant until charred. Peel and slice.

  2. Sauté garlic, onion until they soften and smell nice.

  3. Add soy sauce, vinegar, and bay leaves. Simmer 5 minutes.

  4. Add eggplant. Cook 10 more minutes.
