Adobong Manok sa Gata

Chicken adobo in creamy coconut milk.

Ingredients

  • 0.67 kg Chicken thighs
  • 0.67 cup Coconut milk
  • 0.17 cup Soy sauce
  • 0.17 cup Vinegar
  • 4 pcs Garlic, minced
  • 2 pcs Bay leaves
  • 0.67 tsp Black peppercorns
  • 1.33 tbsp oil

Instructions

  1. Cook the garlic until they soften and release their aroma.

  2. Drop in soy sauce, vinegar, bay leaves, and peppercorns.

  3. Pour coconut milk. Simmer 30 minutes.

  4. Reduce sauce. Serve with rice.
