Super Easy Pork Burger

Ground pork is mixed with garlic powder, diced onion, fresh basil, and seasonings, then formed into patties and grilled or pan-fried until browned and juicy, served on soft hamburger buns for a simple and satisfying pork burger.

Ingredients

  • 1 large b ground pork
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1.5 cup onion (diced)
  • 1 tbsp finely chopped fresh basil
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1.5 tsp ground black pepper
  • 4 hamburger buns or slices of loaf bread

Instructions

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Mix well.

  2. Refrigerate for about an hour.

  3. Scoop the mixture and then form into patties.

  4. Grill each side for 5 minutes.

  5. Place the patty between the bread slices.

  6. Serve with apple coleslaw.
