Sisig (Classic)
Sizzling pork face and ears with calamansi, eggs, and chili.
Instructions
Boil pork face and liver for 45 minutes until tender.
Dice pork finely. Char-grill or pan-fry until crispy.
Mix with chicken liver, onion, calamansi, chilies, mayo, and chili powder.
Serve on a hot sizzling plate with a fried egg on top.
