Sinigang na Baboy na May Tokwa at Sitaw

Sour pork soup with tofu and string beans.

Ingredients

  • 333.33 g Pork belly, sliced
  • 2 tbsp Tamarind paste
  • 133.33 g Firm tofu, cubed
  • 0.67 cup String beans
  • 0.67 pcs Radish, cubed
  • 1.33 pcs Tomatoes, quartered
  • 0.67 pcs Onion, quartered
  • 0.67 bunch Kangkong
  • 0.67 tbsp Fish sauce
  • 4 cup Water

Instructions

  1. Boil pork in water with fish sauce for 20 minutes.

  2. Add tamarind and radish. Simmer 15 minutes.

  3. Add tomatoes, string beans, and onion.

  4. Toss in tofu and kangkong in the last 5 minutes.
