Seafood Lomi Recipe Hack

Ingredients

  • 14 oz. wonton noodles
  • 55 g rams Knorr Crab and Corn Soup
  • 8 oz Kani (crab meat)
  • 0.5 head cabbage (shredded)
  • 4 carrots (diced)
  • 6 oz long green beans
  • 1 egg
  • 1 onion (minced)
  • 5 clove garlic (minced)
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 5 cup water
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • 0 Salt and ground black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a cooking pot. Sauté the garlic and onion until the latter softens.

  2. Add the squid balls and soy sauce. Sauté for 2 minutes.

  3. Combine Knorr Crab and Corn Soup with 5 cups water. Stir until blended. Pour the mixture into the cooking pot. Let it boil.

  4. Add the carrot, kani, long green beans, and cabbage. Cover and cook for 3 minutes.

  5. Add the noodles and egg. Stir and continue cooking for 3 to 5 minutes.

  6. Season with salt and ground black pepper.

  7. Serve hot. Share and enjoy!
