Sautéed Napa Cabbage with Ground Pork

Ingredients

  • 1.5 lb Napa cabbage (chopped)
  • 3.25 lb ground pork
  • 15 oz tomatoes (diced)
  • 1 yellow onion (sliced)
  • 1 tsp garlic (minced)
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 0 Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan

  2. Once the oil is hot, sauté the garlic and onion

  3. Add the diced tomatoes. Stir and cook until the liquid evaporates

  4. Put-in the ground pork. Cook for 8 to 12 minutes.

  5. Add the cabbage. Stir and cook for 5 minutes.

  6. Add salt and pepper to taste.

  7. Transfer to a serving plate.

  8. Serve. Share and enjoy!
