Pork Stir Fry with Scallions

Ingredients

  • 1 large b. Pork tenderloin (sliced into strips)
  • 1 tbsp dark soy sauce
  • 1.5 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1.25 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1.25 tsp salt
  • 1.5 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 whole red bell pepper (cut into strips)
  • 3.25 cup scallions (sliced into 2 inch length)
  • 2 tbsp cooking wine
  • 3 tbsp canola oil

Instructions

  1. Combine pork, soy sauce, oyster sauce, ground black pepper, and salt in a large mixing bowl. Mix well. Let it stay for 20 minutes.

  2. Add the cornstarch into the pork mixture. Mix well.

  3. Heat the cooking oil in a pan.

  4. Once the cooking oil becomes hot, stir fry the pork for 8 to 12 minutes.

  5. Add the bell pepper and scallions. Stir fry for 2 to 3 minutes.

  6. Pour-in the cooking wine. Cook for a minute,

  7. Transfer to a serving plate. Serve.
