Pork and Green Bean Stir-fry

Instructions
Add garlic, onion, ginger and Cook it until they soften and get fragrant.
Add ground pork and cook, breaking into pieces with the back of a spoon, until it gets lightly browned. Drain excess oil as needed.
Mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, water, and brown sugar. Stir until blended and sugar is dissolved.
Add to ground pork and Bring it to a simmer.
Increase heat to high. Add green beans and carrots. Keep cooking, stirring often, for about 2 to 3 minutes or until vegetables are tender yet crisp.
Add salt to taste and generously with pepper. Serve while hot.
Cut the vegetables in small and uniform sizes for fast and even cooking.
You can substitute ground turkey, beef, or chicken instead of ground pork.
If you want a bit of spice, Mix in chili garlic sauce or red pepper flakes to the sauce mixture.
