Ingredients

  • 4 tomatoes (diced)
  • 1.5 cup cilantro (chopped)
  • 1 onion (white or red, diced)
  • 1.5 lemon
  • 1 jalapeno (chopped)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1.25 tsp ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine tomatoes and onion. Gently toss to mix.

  2. Add the chopped cilantro and jalapeno.

  3. Squeeze-in the lemon and sprinkle the salt and ground black pepper. Toss
